We walked past this 'Public Notice' which was warning people not to drop there rubbish there. Toti means rubbish and I figure it comes from the word dirty...doti...toti. There doesn't seem to be any official spelling of Bislama. I've also seen 'Public Notice' written as 'Pablik Notis'. Only English and French are taught in schools in Vanuatu.
